Nozipho Mngomezulu has extensive experience advising both local and international clients on all matters relating to the commercial and regulatory aspects of the telecommunications, broadcasting, media and technology environment in South Africa.

Her experience includes:

  • Cyber security regulatory issues;
  • Data protection, privacy law and information law;
  • Commercial and media, licence agreements;
  • The competition and BEE issues relating to electronic communications and broadcasting services in SA;
  • Telecoms and broadcasting licences and related complaints; and
  • Advertising regulation in SA and proceedings before the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa.

Mngomezulu has an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
