Position Purpose
To ensure the efficient running of the Franchise operations within the Consult Brokerage.

Work Output
Internal Collaboration: Ensure effective and consistent service delivery and support to all internal clients.
External Customer Satisfaction: Ensure effective and consistent service delivery and support to external clients.
Customer Engagement/ Retention: Ensure engagement/retention of clients within current portfolio.
Manage expenses ensuring the delivery of operational objectives in line with the approved budget.
Identify cost saving initiatives while achieving operational objectives.
Improvement of current processes & systems
Oversee general Franchise support e.g. IT, branding, compliance, infrastructure etc.
Manage the delivery of the sales support areas through SLA?s: oversee compliance process and TCF
Oversee Franchise Onboarding process from start to end.
Facilitate realization and Lead management reporting.
Lead and manage team of direct reports.
Enable the development of a high performance culture
Grow and develop people
Ensure the achievement of transformation targets and the development of ACI talent.
Manage own performance and development.
