Busisiwe has excellent people skills and can be defined as a leader and not just a manager. She has excellent influence skills. Besides her responsibilities as chairperson of the South African Governing board and member Africa Governance Board, she is in charge of driving and delivering Privacy, IT Governance, BCM and Cyber Security at PwC.
