Wireless Hacking 101

Telspace Systems

Date: Thursday 19 and Friday 20 May
Venue: Vodacom World, Midrand
Time: 08:00 (registration)
Time: 08:30-16:00 (including tea and lunch)

This course covers one of the most widely used forms of data transmission available to mankind today - wireless. Wireless infrastructure and systems are everywhere, and companies, as well as people, communicate using these every day.

As with any other technology, however, vulnerabilities exist - and this is where Wireless Hacking 101 will come in, providing real-world, hands-on instruction on not only how to tackle wireless, but also how to defend against attacks.

This course will enable the students to perform application assessments against Web apps, ranging from standalone apps to multi-tenant and database-driven systems.

Who should attend:

  • General IT security specialists and administrators
  • IT security specialists who are interested in wireless hacking specifically
  • Security officers for organisations and companies
  • Wireless network administrators
  • Any individual who may be interested in these topics

About your trainer:

Robert Len is a senior security analyst at Telspace Systems, focusing on external and wireless penetration testing. He has in-depth experience at major corporates within southern Africa and abroad.

ONCE-OFF SPECIAL RATE for two full days was R12 500 (excl VAT), now only R10 500 (excl VAT)
