How do I register for the half day workshops & training?

Half-day workshops – 27 May

There are 3 easy ways to register for the half-day workshops:

How do I pay?

Confirmation of your registration, as well as our banking details will be sent via e-mail at the time of registration. The easiest way to register is by using our secure online booking service with a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or you can ask to be invoiced.

Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

You can also ask to be invoiced. If your company uses Purchase Order Numbers, please indicate this to Lerato Mathize when making your booking.

When should I pay?

Half-day workshops – 27 May

Payment is due on registering or upon receipt of the invoice. Payment is required before admission to the half-day workshops can be guaranteed. If you have not paid for the workshops by the date of you will be asked to sign a personal payment indemnity form.

Training – 29 & 30 May

Payment is due on registering or upon receipt of the invoice. Payment for the two day training course is required before admission will be permitted.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Half-day workshops – 27 May

  • All cancellations must be received at ITWeb in writing 14 days prior to the event.
  • Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
  • Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.
  • Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za

Training – 29 & 30 May

  • All cancellations must be received at ITWeb three weeks prior to event on Friday 10 May 2019.
  • Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
  • Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the training.
  • Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za

Can I send a colleague in my place?

We are happy to make a substitution for you at no extra charge. Please send the name, job title and full contact details for the person attending in your place to our customer services manager Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za. Please note, however, that substitutions made on the day of the conference itself are at the discretion of the organisers.

Can I share my place?

Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at the conference. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I use the Gautrain to get to the venue?

Yes you can, however it does involve a connecting bus.

The station will be Midrand and you will take a bus to Sunninghill, GAUTRAIN BUS STOP M3-15, which is at the corner of Eglin and Simba Road. From Simba you go down towards the west until you reach Kikuyu (it is a 5 min walk), right at the corner there will be an entrance to The Core Shopping Centre.

What about accommodation?

Note the cost of overnight accommodation or any travel is not included in your registration fee.

Are all meals and refreshments included?

Yes, all refreshments and lunch are included.

What should I wear?

The dress code is business casual.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your eTicket with you to the conference. This will be emailed to you one or two days prior to the conference. You may find that having lots of business cards with you for the networking sessions is also helpful.

What if I have special requirements?

If you have any particular requirements, disabilities, access, or any other needs we should be aware of, please do let us know when you register for the event. Alternatively, please email lerato@itweb.co.za.

Will I receive a copy of the delegate list?

For privacy purposes ITWeb Events does not release this information. You will however have ample opportunity to network with all attendees through our business matchmaking programme, a proactive, pre-show platform that lets you meet key speakers, sponsors and other delegates.
