PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MARKETING
The ITWeb Security Summit is not just a three-day industry event, it’s a year-long public relations and marketing campaign that will boost your brand and your bottom line.

The proactive public relations and marketing campaign includes:

> Branding and communications for sponsors and exhibitors through all ITWeb’s leading media platforms, including iWeek, ITWeb online and Brainstorm
> Strategic media targeting and publicity opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors
> Powerful media partnerships and advertising in targeted media
> Newsworthy press releases
> Integration and distribution of sponsors' and exhibitors marketing communications within press releases and media collateral
> Radio, print and television interviews
>  Promotion in frequent online industry newsletters, distributed directly to ITWeb’s high-integrity industry databases for the eight months leading up to the event
> High profile media attendance and interaction at the event, and post event exposure

PRINT MEDIA

RADIO AND TELEVISION
The public relations campaign will target relevant news and business programmes for pre-event, on-site and post event broadcast exposure including:

CNBC Africa, Summit TV; SABC International; SABC 1;2;3; Etv and Kyk-Net. Radio targeting will include technology spots on 702; Safm; 5fm; RSG, etc.

ONLINE AND DIGITAL PROMOTION
> Our PR and marketing campaign is widely supported by ITWeb other online and digital platforms.
> Every sponsor and exhibitor is listed on the website with a hyperlink through to their company website.
> Frequent e-newsletters are sent out to ITWeb’s subscriber base (just under 40 000 subscribers) focusing on conference and exhibition content, new developments, major sponsors and exhibitors, and workshops.
> A separate monthly e-newsletter is sent out to all event sponsors and exhibitors, from exhibiting tips and advice to successful marketing tactics to assist in reaching your objectives.
The interactive online campaign will incorporate extensive promotion on our own site. All marketing collateral, print adverts and PR materials will direct traffic to this site. It will also include a major drive to encourage industry professionals to register. The online campaign further extends to branding and promotion on associate partner websites, targeting relevant technology, business and trade e-zines and event pages.
