Qualifying small businesses and NGOs receive a 40% discount on our usual rates when attending ITWeb’s events. If your small or medium business has 50 staff members or less, or you are a non-profit organisation, then you qualify for discounted access to ITWeb events. There is a R300.00 (inc VAT) surcharge per day for Strict Halaal and Kosher Meals.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy
> All cancellation's must be received at ITWeb in writing 14 working days prior to the start of the event.
> Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
> Registrations with a balance due cancelled within 14 days of the event will receive a cancellation penalty invoice for the full registration amount due.

Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.

> "No Shows" will be considered a cancellation within the 14 day policy where full penalty will be enforced.

Payment is required before admission to the conference can be guaranteed. A tax invoice will be issued immediately on receipt of booking. Payment options include:
