Renee Hoon, senior ECM specialist, Sasol
Renee Hoon is a senior ECM specialist at Sasol. She has been involved in numerous SharePoint projects, including the migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010, and the implementation of My Sites. Hoon is busy completing her psychology honours degree.


Herbert Kindermann, chief executive officer, Metasonic AG
Since August 2009, Herbert Kindermann, born in 1953, has been the sole member of the Executive Board and CEO of Metasonic AG. In this role, Mr. Kindermann focuses on the company‘s customer orientation and the internationalization of sales and services around the Metasonic Suite, which is targeted at global market requirements in the BPM field.
He joined Metasonic in June 2007 as a member of the board of directors. Before, Herbert Kindermann held the position of a Member of the Executive Board at IDS Scheer AG with responsibility for all international business. Earlier, he held positions of a Member of the Extended Board of IDS Scheer AG, and CEO of IDS Scheer CEE S.A., as well as various positions at COMSOFT GmbH (with focus on the SAP consulting business) and IBCS S.A. (founder and CEO, building up SAP and BPM consulting business with subsidiaries in Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia).


Craig Leppan, assocaite director, Ovations
Craig has over 20 years of professional experience as a Project Engineer, Systems Architect and Business Analyst. Craig has worked in the fields of Manufacturing, Defence and Financial Services, applying the technologies of Enterprise Software development, Business Process Management and Enterprise Content Management. Craig has a Bsc Engineering (Electronics) and a BSc Honours (Information Systems) from the University of Natal. Craig is an Associate Director at Ovations looking after the Mobile Practice.


Jaakko Riihinen, senior vice president, products and technologies, QPR Software Plc
Senior VP, Products and Technology, Jaakko Riihinen is responsible for QPR Software’s software product portfolio, product strategy, product management, product development and internal ICT. He has a more than 30 years’ experience in ICT business. Before QPR, he worked at Nokia Siemens Networks (a joint venture between Finnish Nokia Corporation and German Siemens) as the head of Research & Development at OSS Business Line, as well as in the company’s restructuring programme from 2008-2012. Prior to this, from 2001-2008, he worked as director, Enterprise Architecture, at Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks. Riihinen has held several managerial positions at Nokia from 1992-2001, and was the CEO of AmbraSoft Finland from 1987-1992.


Johan Viljoen, principal consultant, Ovations

Johan is an experienced People Capital Management Consultant with more than 12 years’ experience working within multi-national and national (public and private) companies in the Wholesale and Retail, Banking, Insurance, Government, and Mining sectors. His clients include amongst others Mutual and Federal, Standard Bank, African Bank, Investec, Samsung (South Africa), State IT Agency (SITA). At Principal Consultant level he currently specialises in the field of Change Management (Organisational and Individual transition) , Organisational Development (Strategic planning, Organisational Design and Performance Management) and ETD practices. Participated in the design and implementation of numerous medium to large transformational change programs, within tight time schedules and complex cultural environments. Consults at both strategic and tactical level; guiding and implementing systematically planned organisational development interventions aimed at improving the effectiveness of organisations and its members.


Marie Wessels, team leader, 3fifteen

Marie Wessels is team lead for 3fifteen’s Information Worker team. She has completed numerous business process automation projects, utilising multiple workflow platforms. Wessels holds a degree in computer science and mathematics, with numerous Microsoft certifications.
