[Contact Centre Survey 2013]

About the survey

In today’s competitive climate the success of your organization will, to a large extent, depend on how well you understand and service your customers at every stage of their interactions with you.

As a result, Interactive Intelligence, in partnership with ITWeb, is conducting a survey to determine:

  1)  What role does your customer service experience plan play in your organisation today?
  2)  How well is your organisation prepared to deliver customer service excellence?
  3)  What channels and technologies for service delivery is your organisation using?

The 2013 Contact Centre Survey was run online on ITWeb for a period of two weeks, from 25 March to 8 April..
