Elizabeth Lee Ming, head: digital marketing, Momentum

As head: digital marketing at Momentum, Elizabeth Lee Ming's key responsibilities are to deliver aggressive growth in digital through new client take-on and to deliver full service inbound marketing across the business. She is passionate about digital and CRM and driving thought leadership in Customer-centricity. With over 17 years of experience in marketing, she has worked in South Africa, the UK and the USA at a number of blue chip organisations. Her experience covers mobile strategy and implementation, CRM strategy and management, loyalty programmes, direct marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management and execution on marketing and process plans, channel strategy and implementation, communication strategy, social media and online marketing.

Her career history includes heading up the Johannesburg office for iKineo as a senior business unit director. iKineo was awarded Gold at the Assegais 2010 for CRM and Loyalty during her tenure. Prior to that, she spent three years heading up CRM at Ster-Kinekor Theatres where she was responsible for the management of its award-winning loyalty programmes, key partner relationship management, digital and direct marketing. During her time there, The Ster-Kinekor Movie Club was rated the Most Valuable Loyalty and Rewards Programme in the Sunday Times Top Brands Awards 2009. Further awards for innovation and creativity included: Silver in the Mobile Innovation category for the Mobile website and a Finalist in the Bookmarks for online campaigns.

She has worked as a consultant and has experience across a number of industries including retail, entertainment, telecommunications, financial services, motoring and petroleum. She completed her formal tertiary education at the University of the Witwatersrand.
